★ Dog-friendly property – Dogs are welcome, but please clean up after them and keep them off furniture when possible. ★ This is one side of a duplex. While each unit is completely private with separate entrances and fenced outdoor spaces, you may occasionally hear neighboring guests. ★ Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM out of respect for neighbors and the adjoining unit. ★ The backyard is fully fenced for privacy, but guests should still supervise pets and children outdoors. ★ Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking or RV hookups available. ★ Located in a quiet residential area just north of downtown Foley with quick access to shopping, dining, sports complexes, and the beaches. ★ Please note this is not a party house. Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. ★ For the comfort of all guests, smoking is only permitted outdoors and away from doors/windows. ★ Private 8-ft fenced backyard ★ Charcoal grill available for guest use ★ Walking distance to nearby hospitals ★ Snowbirds welcome for longer stays
